She did a really beautiful custom arrangement for me at the very, very last minute (less than 24hrs) and was so sweet about it. Lots of cute stuff in the store too!

I was recommended to use this flower shop for my wedding by some family and am very disappointed in their lack of communication. I went in a few weeks ago to schedule flowers for my spring wedding. I gave the woman working my information, rough details, and a number to call to schedule a meeting. She did share they would be busy because of Valentine’s Day. I went in two weeks before so was promised a phone call back later that week. Heard nothing back so tried calling, left a message and no call back. Tried calling two days later and voicemail box was full. Reached out on Instagram and got no response too. Finally went in again this week on Monday after valentines and the same woman took the same information down and said she would call me that very night to set up a consultation meeting. Said she even remembered me, did apologize and stated she had other clients to get back to as well. Personally feel like that is not a good thing and I’m sure I’m not the only client stressed out about getting questions answered. Well sadly it’s been 4 days of hearing nothing and so I don’t want to keep chasing them down as it is showing me that they don’t want my business and are wasting my ti

Ordered through FTD, asked to note, "no flowers toxic to cats." Flowers were delivered with toxic flowers. I called Daisy A Day to just do a simple exchange, she said she'd call me back but never did and hasn't answered or returned my calls. Luckily, FTD gave me a full refund. Nice arrangement but not nearly as full as what I ordered or paid $115 for.

I ordered Mothers Day Flowers for my mom on a Friday afternoon for Saturday delivery. The price including tax and delivery was very fair, and they were delivered around 11am on a Saturday. Just perfect. My mom was thrilled and it was so easy to make her day. Thanks!

I also was very disappointed by the vast difference between the advertised arrangement and the one that was delivered. Below you can see the pictures and decide for yourself. The delivered arrangement looks about 1/3 to 1/2 the number of flowers as the pictures arrangement. For instance there are 5 blooming lillies on the advertised arrangement and only one open lily and 2 unopened ones in the delivered one. The arrangement was $68 with tax and fees so I expected a little more. This was to wish Happy Valentines day to my beautiful Bennie daughter. I'm sure like everything else flowers are getting more expensive but a quick email to discuss would have been nice. As a native small town Minnesotan I certainly expected more from this small college town florist. Guess I learned my lesson. Update. My daughter said that none of the lilies ever bloomed. So it was a complete waste! By the way, I tried to email them and all 3 email addresses they have on their website came back to my undeliverable.
